OREGANO AND SUN DRIED TOMATO
DINNER BREAD
 
Bread is delicious and can be partnered with soup and salad or a tasty Italian meal.

3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 tablespoons chopped sun dried tomato
sesame seeds, for topping

Coat bread machine bread pan with cooking spray.

Place water, olive oil, flour, salt, sugar, oregano and yeast into prepared bread pan and set to "dough cycle". When dough cycle is finished, remove dough and place on lightly floured work surface. Knead in chopped sun dried tomato. Form into a round ball.

Transfer to baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Flatten dough into a round about 1-inch thick. Cover with plastic wrap coated with cooking spray and let rise in warm place 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven 375°F. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with additional oregano and sesame seeds if desired. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden and crispy. Serve warm cut into wedges. Bread not intended to rise high.
