PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE 
1 box pineapple cake mix
1 (3 oz.) Vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1 large can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice

Mix pudding, cool whip and pineapple together to make frosting. Refrigerate till firm.

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Poke holes in 1st layer and pour juice over. Frost with mixture. Repeat other layer. Leave in refrigerator overnight. May substitute strawberries for pineapple.
