HAMBURGER RICE DISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 med. onions, diced
2 c. diced celery
1 c. uncooked rice (Uncle Bens converted)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 can water

Brown onions and beef in butter (1/4 stick or more). Cook rice and celery until partially done. (Keep adding water a little at a time, but let it all cook down. Mix other 3 ingredients and stir all together. Bake in covered casserole (2 1/2 quarts) at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
