SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. soft bread crumbs or mashed potatoes
8 lb. salmon
3/4 oz. salt
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. lemon juice
4 oz. grated lemon
15 beaten eggs
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. freezed dried onion

Scald milk. Add bread crumbs until all moistened. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Bake in shallow pans. Set in pan of water.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. 50 servings.
