TACO BAKE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef

Brown hamburger and drain grease. Add taco mix to hamburger. Use this mixture as bottom layer in cake pan. Then add layer of refried beans. Next sour cream. Bake at 475 degrees until bubbles (about 15 minutes). Take 8 ounces Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese. Layer on top of cooked ingredients. Rebake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes more. Top with lettuce. Tomatoes, olives and onions (optional).
