DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. med. size noodles
2 c. shredded cheese
2 pkgs. dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. med. white sauce

Make 3 cups medium white sauce. Add shredded cheese and cook slowly until mixture is thick, about 5 to 10 minutes.

Cook noodles and drain.

Add cheese sauce to noodles with cream of mushroom soup. Cut up dried beef and mix well with noodle mixture. Put into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle generously Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Drizzle butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30-35 mintues.
