POTATO AND DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
4 c. potatoes, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 pkg. dried beef
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk

Cook carrots and potatoes until tender. Cook the last 3 ingredients as for a white sauce. When thickened, remove from heat and add 1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese, cut into small pieces. Pour over vegetables and chipped beef and heat in oven for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
