DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped onion
1 lg. pkg. dried beef, cooked slightly
6 oz. pkg. noodles
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Butter casserole; saute onions in melted butter. Add dried beef and saute beef lightly. Cook 6 ounces of noodles. Layer noodles, dried beef and cheese.

Cover with soup and milk (mixed together). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

I use 1 can mushroom and broth and cut down on milk.
