SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 egg

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, diced

Cook meatballs in skillet. Drain and set aside. Mix sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over white rice.
