GOURMET PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper, paprika

Mix above ingredients, except chops. Coat the pork chops with this mixture and brown in butter.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 sm. bay leaves

Mix the above ingredients to make a sauce. Pour sauce over fried pork chops and transfer into a covered casserole dish. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. Remove bay leaves before serving.
