PUMPKIN SQUARES 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix well and spread in 10 x 14 x 2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until it bounces back when touched.

Frosting: 1 egg, 1 lb. confectioners' sugar, 1 stick butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat and spread over squares.
