PUMPKIN SQUARES 
LAYER 1:
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix well and pat in bottom of 9 x 13 Pyrex. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

LAYER 2:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix the above ingredients well and pour over cooled base.

LAYER 3:
1 1/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk

Mix well and SLOWLY pour over cream cheese layer. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.
