3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Granny Smith apples

Combine sugars, vanilla and cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Serve with apple slices. (Dip apple slices in lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.)
