ANTIPASTO 
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/4 lb. each chicken roll (diced), bologna sliced, turkey ham strips
4 slices provolone cheese, halved
1/8 lb. sliced hard salami
1 can (3 oz.) ripe olives, drained
2 eggs, hard cooked sliced
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing

Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Top with remaining ingredients except dressing. Drizzle with dressing.
