BUTTER-PECAN ICE CREAM 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 gal. milk
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 sm. boxes instant butter-pecan pudding mix
2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat the eggs. Add the sugar, salt, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and instant pudding mix. Pour the mixture into a 1 gallon freezer and add milk to fill line.
