IRISH CREAM ICE CREAM TOPPING 
Totally amazing!!!

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
chopped pecans
2 tbsp. Irish cream liquor (Bailey's)

Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar until melted. Add pecans and Irish Cream. Simmer for about a minute on low.

Serve over your favorite vanilla ice cream.
