1 loaf frozen wheat bread dough, thawed
2 lbs. ground meat, browned and drained
1 sm. head cabbage, grated
1 sm. onion, chopped
Garlic, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper

Mix the above ingredients and steam. Roll out 1 loaf of frozen wheat bread dough. Spoon filling onto bread; sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up.

Place on greased cooking sheet, seam side down. Let rise 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
