CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Nilla vanilla wafers
Topping (jelly or preserves)

Blend 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar. Add 2 eggs; beat until creamy. Into the bottom of 24 cupcake papers, place a Nilla vanilla wafer. Fill with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Whip raspberry jelly (or topping of choice) with a fork. Top each cupcake.
