CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil

CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

1. In one bowl blend cake ingredients until smooth.

2. Second bowl, beat cream cheese mixture.

3. Pour batter into cups.

4. Add a big tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.

5. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 18 cupcakes.
