CRAB AU GRUYERE 
2 lb. crabmeat
1 c. butter, melted 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco
Mild flavored crackers

Combine butter and cream cheese. Add crabmeat, Worcestershire and Tabasco; stir. Serve in a chafing dish with crackers.
