ROAST BEEF STEW 
4 lbs. stew meat
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. onion soup
1/3 c. red wine or water

Place meat in roaster. Blend soups and pour over meat. Cover. Bake 4 1/2 - 5 hours at 275 degrees. At 4 hours check moisture content, add liquids if necessary. Carrots, onions, potatoes may be added at 4 hours.
