POT ROAST/BEEF STEW | |
Boneless shoulder cross rib roast or bottom round 2 lg. onions 1 beef bouillon 1 c. water 1/4 c. ketchup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. caraway seeds Salt and pepper 4 oz. can mushrooms 2 tbsp. fat Add onions, bouillon and rest of ingredients. Simmer pot roast 2 1/2-3 hours. Stew 1 1/2-2 hours. Add 4 ounces mushrooms. |
