FAVORITE PORK CHOPS 
4 loin chops (smoked or plain)
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. bacon fat
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of thyme

Sear chops on both sides in hot fat. Fry onions with them. Add other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until tender and well done.

Very good with buttered noodles and served with a green salad.
