E - Z PORK CHOPS & RICE 
4-6 pork chops (seasoned with salt & pepper)
2-3 c. cooked rice
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (Italian style or plain)

Brown chops (lightly oiled black iron skillet works best). Remove chops and add cooked rice, stirring well over low heat to mix drippings into rice. Add tomatoes and blend well. Layer chops and rice mixture in casserole dish or iron skillet, cover. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
