GAR - LICKY PORK CHOPS 
4 (3/4 inch) pork chops
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic and saute a little. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Saute with garlic until lightly browned. Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, and oregano. Remove chops from skillet; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
