SPINACH LASAGNE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/4 c. minced onion 1 tsp. sweet basil 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. oregano Dash of garlic salt Dash of pepper 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 8 oz. cottage cheese 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated Microwave ground beef on high for 6 minutes; drain. Add tomato sauce, onion, basil, parsley flakes, oregano, garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms; mix well. Thaw spinach for 3 minutes on high. Mix spinach with cottage cheese. Arrange 1/2 the spinach mixture with 1/2 the beef mixture and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese in layers in glass baking dish. Repeat layers, microwave on medium for 12 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
