SPINACH LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated

Microwave ground beef on high for 6 minutes; drain. Add tomato sauce, onion, basil, parsley flakes, oregano, garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms; mix well. Thaw spinach for 3 minutes on high. Mix spinach with cottage cheese.

Arrange 1/2 the spinach mixture with 1/2 the beef mixture and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese in layers in glass baking dish. Repeat layers, microwave on medium for 12 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
