ZESTY BEAN DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies

Combine all ingredients in 2 quart saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until smooth and bubbly. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
