RAISIN ENERGY BARS 
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. apple juice
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. bran (optional)
1 1/4 c. raisins
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped almonds

Combine first 4 ingredients and blend well. Add next 3 ingredients and stir in last 3 ingredients. Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
