2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. sour milk
2 eggs
1 unpeeled orange, ground
1 c. raisins, ground

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and beat. Then add orange and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
