LAMB MARINATE 
2 cloves garlic, mashed with salt
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary, thyme, or oregano
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. honey

Marinate at room temperature all day. Cook 15-25 minutes in oven in sauce. Cover with foil. Then take out and barbecue on grill. This can be used on a butterfly leg of lamb or lamb chops. Big hit for summer parties.
