LAMB MARINATION 
1/2 c. red wine
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
Dash hot sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 med. onion

Mix all together and add your meat, leg of lamb to chops it all tastes great. Take out of marinade and cook in oven at 350 degrees until almost done. Then put on barbeque grill for last cooking basting with marinade.
