SUGARLESS MUFFINS (LIGHT) 
2 c. All Bran Buds or 100% All Bran
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. light molasses
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix cereal, buttermilk, molasses, egg, and raisins together and let stand for 20 minutes. Then add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
