FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
9 in. pie shell (baked)
4 c fresh strawberries
1 1/2 c water
3/4 c sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 - 3 oz pkg. strawberry Jell-o

Bake pie shell and cool. Wash and hull 4 c strawberries. Then slice and place in cooled pie shell. Combine water and cornstarch in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Continue to cook for 2 mins. over low heat. All Jell-o and stir until dissolved. Pour Jell-o mixture while still hot over strawberries and let set. Top with whipped topping.
