FROG EYE SALAD 
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. juice
3 egg yolks
2 c. marshmallows
1 box Acini De Pepe
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. Cool Whip

Combine sugar, flour, salt, juice and egg yolks. Cook until thick. Melt marshmallows with cooked mixture. Cook Acini De Pepe in salted water and 1 tablespoon oil. Drain, cool with cold water; drain again. Combine with cooked mixture. Refrigerate overnight, covered. Next day add fruit and Cool Whip. Acini De Pepe is a small round noodle found by the different pasta noodles in a grocery store.
