COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES 
4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Beat eggs until foamy. Add cottage cheese and sour cream; beat again. Blend in sugar, salt and flour. Pour into hot griddle with 1/4 cup measure. Turn when bubbly. Serve with syrup or cinnamon sugar. Serves 2.
