FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
2/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper

Cook fettuccine according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, tossing gently, until butter melts and fettuccine is coated. Yields 4 servings.
