GRILLED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick

MARINADE:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. molasses
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Mix all marinade ingredients in mixing bowl. Place pork chops in gallon Ziploc style bag and add marinade. Marinade in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Drain and set aside marinade sauce. Grill pork chops 5 to 8 minutes per side. Brush occasionally with the reserved marinade sauce while cooking.
