ICEBOX CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (from large container)
1 pkg. each instant chocolate and vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat in 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix puddings and milk. Mix and spread on cream cheese layer. Cover top with rest of Cool Whip. Grate chocolate on top.
