SEASHELLS WITH RICOTTA 
1 lb. seashell macaroni
1 stick butter
1 (15 oz.) ricotta
Grated cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley

Cook macaroni as directed. Drain. Place in a large bowl; stir in melted butter. Add ricotta and toss gently to blend. Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley.
