Cut a roll of Bounty paper towels in half to make it half the height. Pull out the cardboard roll, allowing it to pull towels from the center.

Less than 1 qt. hot water
1 tsp. baby oil
1 tsp. baby bath or shampoo

Pour over paper towel roll to moisten. Store in upright position in an airtight container. Continue to use towels, pulling from the center.
