HONEY GRAHAM BARS 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. coconut
2 pkg. honey graham crackers (crushed) or 2/3 of 1 lb. pkg.
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt butter in double boiler, add sugar, eggs, and coconut. Cook until thick - stirring often. COOL. Meanwhile prepare in large bowl, crushed graham crackers, nuts and marshmallows. Pour cooked mixture over the above and mix well. Pat down in 13 x 9 inch pan lined with aluminum foil.

FROSTING:

2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. instant coffee (mixed with sm. amount hot water)

Mix all ingredients well and frost.
