HAM ROLL - UPS 
20 oz. frozen broccoli spears
8 slices boiled ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. cultured sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Cook broccoli according to directions until tender. Cool. Place a slice of cheese on a slice of ham. Divide broccoli into 8 portions. Place a portion on each cheese and ham stack; roll up securely. Place, seam down, in large shallow baking dish (greased). Blend soup, sour cream and mustard. Pour over ham rolls. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until heated through.
