ALABAMA BISCUITS 
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. non-fat dry milk
2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. shortening

Mix dry milk with warm water. Save enough water and milk mixture to melt yeast. Add melted shortening and other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes. Roll out on board with a little flour; cut biscuits. Dip in melted butter and fold on cookie sheet. Let raise. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
