NACHOS 
1 lb. ground beef (can substitute ground turkey)
1 onion
1 can refried beans
1 jar Picante sauce (8 oz.)
1 jar taco sauce (8 oz.)
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, to taste

Brown ground beef and onion, drain, add remaining ingredients heat until hot. Pour in 13 x 9 pan and top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbling.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers

Serve with diced lettuce and tomatoes, sour cream, and nacho chips.
