CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder (may use 1 tsp. if desired)

Thaw broccoli and place on bottom of greased casserole. Dip chicken breasts in hot water until white. Cut into bite size pieces and put on top of broccoli. Mix cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise with curry powder. Pour evenly over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Easy, tasty and excellent.
