CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
4-6 chicken breasts
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder

TOPPING:

Saute 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs in 3 tablespoons butter. Add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated and stir until mixed well.

Season de-boned chicken breasts with garlic salt. Baste with mixture of Wesson oil, lemon juice and paprika. Cook in microwave until just soft (or cover with water and simmer about 15 minutes). Cool. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain slightly. Place in greased casserole. Place chicken breasts on top of broccoli. Mix soup, curry, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle on cheese topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
