CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breast
2 bunches of fresh broccoli or 2 boxes frozen
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. American cheese, grated

Boil chicken and tear into pieces. Arrange it and broccoli in greased dish 1 1/2 inches deep. Mix other ingredients (except crumbs, butter and cheese). Pour mixture over contents in dish. Dot with butter. Top with bread crumbs, cheese and crumbs again. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
