STRAWBERRY SOUP 
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. half & half
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. brandy extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into chilled soup bowls. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Note: Frozen whole strawberries may be used instead of fresh.
