1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies

Roll with rolling pin (frosting and all). Put in the bottom of 9x13 pan reserving 1/4 of the crumbs for the top. Pour 1 cup melted butter over crumbs and mix together. Pat in bottom of pan and cool 1 hour in refrigerator.

Beat 1 package Dream Whip as directed. Beat 8 ounce cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar and fold into Dream Whip. Put on top of cookie crust. Chill.

Prepare 1 small package of instant chocolate or vanilla pudding and put on top of cream cheese layer. Add another layer of just Dream Whip. Put Oreo crumbs on top and chill overnight.
