1/2 c. butter (soft)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. to 1 c. powdered sugar
2-3 1/2 c. instant pudding (chocolate or vanilla)
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. frozen whipped topping, partially thawed
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

In medium size bowl mix butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar with mixer. In another bowl mix the milk and pudding. Add whipped topping to pudding mixture. Combine the two mixtures. Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan crushed Oreo crumbs, then layer of pudding mixture, then crumbs until mixture is gone, finishing with crumbs on top.
